  6. What can I expect when I come for my first massage?
On your first visit you will complete a confidential health consultation form. At this time it is important to inform your therapist if you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication. Your therapist will then develop a treatment plan with you to ensure that you receive the appropriate treatments that will benefit you as much as possible.

  7. What if I am uncomfortable with my body? Do I have to undress?
Let your therapist know if you are worried about this. It is possible for your therapist to provide some treatments without you needing to remove any clothing.  Direct skin contact is best with an application of oil or lotion. However your therapist will always cover/drape you so only to expose the area which they are working on.  So keeping your clothes on is fine. If you wish you can bring clothes that you can get oil on like a bathing suit or shorts and a tank top.

No. If you have a question during the treatment just ask. If something is uncomfortable, tell the therapist. But in general most clients enter a state of deep relaxation during the treatment.
